I moved to Santa Barbara in 2007 and fell for its red-tiled roofs and ocean light. Two years later I earned my broker’s licence and started showing homes the way I wished someone had shown me: slowly, honestly and without pressure.

Today Brightgate Properties helps around forty families a year buy, sell and rent along the coast — many of them referred by past clients. I still answer my own phone, still attend every inspection, and still believe a home is about the life inside it.
